How the Process Works

Selling or trading an accessible van doesn’t have to be complicated. Here’s what to expect when you reach out to us.

Step 1 — Start with a Phone Call

Call us with the basics: year, make, model, conversion brand, entry type, approximate mileage, and whether the ramp or lift is currently functioning.

Step 2 — In-Person Appraisal

Bring the van to our location at 5130 US Highway 98 North in Lakeland. One of our technicians will inspect the conversion equipment while our sales staff reviews the vehicle documentation.

What to Bring

To complete the appraisal and, if you accept our offer, the sale or trade-in paperwork in one visit, bring the following:

• Valid driver’s license (all owners listed on the title, if possible)
• Current vehicle title — must be a clean, lien-free title in your name
• Current vehicle registration
• Any maintenance and service records you have, especially for the conversion equipment
• Your most recent loan payoff statement if the vehicle has an active lien
