What Information We Collect

Contact forms. When you use one of the forms on this site — Contact Us, Request a Callback, or any of our equipment enquiry forms — you give us your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write in your message. Two things happen with it: it is emailed to us so we can respond, and it is saved in this website’s private admin area so an enquiry can’t be lost if an email goes astray. Only our own staff can see it. We keep it so we can follow up with you and keep a record of what you asked for; we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside our business.

Orders. If you purchase pre-owned equipment through our online store, we collect your name, shipping address, email, and phone number to fulfill your order. Payment details are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

Phone calls. If you call us, we may write down your name and number so we can call you back. That’s it.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies that make basic features work — for example, remembering what’s in your shopping cart. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Services We Use

A few trusted services help this website run: our web host, Google Fonts (which displays the lettering you’re reading), and a payment processor for online orders. Each receives only the minimum information needed to do its job. We may add a basic visitor-counting tool (Google Analytics) in the future to understand which pages are helpful.
