Our Commitment
Accessibility isn’t an afterthought for us — helping people stay mobile and independent is our entire business. This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What We’ve Done
Every page of this site uses large, readable text (a minimum of 20px), high-contrast colors with no grey-on-white text, large buttons that are easy to tap, simple plain-English navigation, and no auto-playing video or pop-ups. Animations are disabled automatically for visitors whose devices request reduced motion. We test the site with automated accessibility tools (axe and pa11y) as we build.
Known Limitations
We use industry-standard automated testing, but we have not yet completed a full manual audit with screen-reader users. A small number of third-party components (such as the checkout form) are provided by software we don’t control and may have minor issues. We review and improve accessibility continuously.
